Policies & Spa Etiquette
At Lugn Esthetics, we honor your time, energy, and healing journey. These policies are here to support mutual respect, clear communication, and the sacred container we create together in every session.
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
All appointments must be booked online through our secure scheduling system. A valid credit card is required to reserve your session.
New Clients: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied to your service total.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if changes are made 48 hours or more in advance.
Deposit credits are valid for up to 90 days from the original booking date.
In the rare event that we need to reschedule, your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your session is reserved just for you. Out of respect for both your time and ours:
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to receive your full treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled. Full service charges will still apply.
4. Health & Illness Policy
If you’re feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or have had recent exposure to contagious illness, please reach out right away. We will gladly reschedule you to protect our healing space and community wellness.
5. Spa Etiquette
To preserve the integrity of our sacred space:
Please silence your phone and speak softly within the spa.
Avoid wearing perfume or strong scents to your appointment.
Arrive clean, present, and ready to receive.
Respect the energy of the space and those around you.
We encourage open communication and welcome your needs and preferences throughout your session.
6. Consent, Safety & Boundaries
Lugn Esthetics is a trauma-informed, inclusive space for all identities and bodies. Each session includes a check-in to establish your comfort, consent, and boundaries. You are always in control of your experience and empowered to voice your needs.
7. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
A client displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
Boundaries are violated (physical, energetic, or verbal)
A client creates an unsafe or disruptive environment
Our space is built on mutual trust, compassion, and safety.
8. Refunds & Returns
All services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days if unused, unopened, or if there is a documented skin reaction.
9. Children & Guests
To maintain a deeply nurturing and focused environment, we ask that you arrive solo for your session. We cannot accommodate children or additional guests in treatment rooms unless pre-approved for accessibility or support reasons.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal, health, and energetic information shared with us is held in the strictest confidence. Your story, journey, and data are sacred and will never be shared without your express written consent.
11. Photo & Video Consent
We will never photograph or record you without consent. If you opt in, before-and-after photos may be used for educational or promotional purposes. We honor your privacy fully and transparently.
12. Liability & Medical Disclaimer
Our services are holistic and supportive, but not a substitute for medical advice or care. Please disclose all health conditions, medications, and allergies before your session. Lugn Esthetics is not liable for any reaction or injury due to undisclosed information or failure to follow post-care guidelines.
13. Policy Updates & Client Agreement
Policies may be updated periodically. By booking and receiving services at Lugn Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the current version of our Policies & Spa Etiquette.
14. Appointment Reminders
You will receive automated text and/or email reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure your contact information is accurate when booking.
