Use in conjunction with facial oil or eye cream for eye movements. Use the spoon side under the eye area from inner to outer corner to depuff. For lymphatic drainage, reduce your pressure and stroke back down the neck to drain fluid. Work marma points with the small tip end and target third eye, eyebrow, center of chin with gentle to medium pressure and hold for approximately one to two minutes. Can also work out pesky “11s” in the. frontalis/glabellar area with rocking back and forth “scissor” movement. For a cooling effect, pop in the fridge at home right before use.
